Nepal made a remarkable comeback at the ICC World Cricket League Division 4 tournament with an outstanding 8-wickets win over Argentina in a match played at the Bolonga Cricket Ground in Italy on Wednesday.
Nepal’s top order batsmen made an excellent recovery from Tuesday’s poor performance as they successfully chased the 194 runs target set by Argentina in 32.4 overs by losing just two wickets.
Earlier, Argentina chose to bat after winning the toss and managed to secure a challenging score of 193 runs with the loss of eight wickets.
This is Nepal’s second win in the ICC World Cricket League Division 4 tournament.
In a match played on Sunday Nepal had registered a 5-wickets win over hosts Italy.
But on Tuesday, Nepal tasted its first loss at the hands of Tanzania with very poor batting.
