Kingfisher to fly to Nepal from this week

Kingfisher, a leading private sector airlines based in India, has announced that it is starting its flights between London and Kathmandu beginning this week.

Addressing a programme organised at Ealing Town hall, London, on Tuesday, Rick Sagar, general manager, UK and Europe of the Kingfisher airlines, said Kingfisher was India's only five star airline rated by Skytrax. He said Kingfisher was launching its services to Nepal from Saturday (24th of April) and expressed hope that expatriate Nepalis community as well as international travellers will enjoy their flight experience. Saying that a brand new A 330 airbus will operate on the route, Mr Sagar said flying Kingfisher would be a life-time experience. "We fly guests, not passengers," he added
