Rastriya Prajatantra Party (Nepal) is engaged in preparation to withdraw its support to the current Madhav Kumar Nepal government.
Citing deteriorating law and order situation and government's inability to control inflation, RPP-N has decided to withdraw its support to the 22-party coalition government.
An official decision will be taken at the party's Central Committee meeting being held later today, it is learnt.
There are four lawmakers from the pro-royalist party in the Constituent Assembly.
The party is led by Kamal Thapa, who was the home minister during the former king Gyanendra's direct rule. He was also found guilty of trying to suppress the 2006 people's movement
